Client Corporate Event, Kitzbuhel

The Brief

A Global Elite Law Firm wanted to invite a long term client out to the mountains so they could connect outside of the meeting room and strengthen their working relationship. Ideally wanted a known resort, lively nightlife, a hotel with a high level of service and also hoped for something unique. The group of approx. 25 pax were mainly from the UK with a few attending frommain European hubs. We were advised that travel arrangements were likely to change last minute due to meetings – which they did.

Our Solution

Our client chose to combine their event with the Snow Polo World Cup which is held in Kitzbuhel, Austria. The group stayed at the fabulous 5* Hotel Zur Tenne in the centre of resort, it is known for its excellent service and cuisine. The group were invited to arrive by lunch on the Friday so they could enjoy some of the snow polo in the afternoon before meeting for welcome drinks in the hotel’s Winter Garden. On Saturday night they dined at the infamous Rosi’s Sonnbergstuben in the mountains, which always delivers an entertaining night. For this event, it was vital to have the CSS team on-site to co-ordinate and adjust the arrangements.
