An MD of a Global Digital Agency was due to retire the following year so he wanted to go out in style by organising the annual conference and Christmas party in ‘a scenic and Christmassy environment’. He wanted his 50 employees to attend the one day conference followed by a gala dinner and then invite partners for winter activities and Christmas party.

Our Solution
CSS team worked their magic and persuaded 4* Hotel Vanessa in Verbier, Switzerland, to open a week early and we privatised the hotel for the event. We wanted Verbier as it has a good early season snow record and every year Verbier 4 Vallées offer a free lift pass on opening weekend to those who dress up as Father Christmas – not only good for the budget but this gave the client an opportunity to brand Santa outfits and be part of a record breaking event. After a successful morning meeting the group broke off into different groups to enjoy their winter activities, this included skiing, snowboarding and a snow shoe hike. For the Christmas Party we privatised Le Rouge restaurant, it offered a traditional atmosphere, superb food and a perfect venue for the band and DJ. It was a fabulous weekend, we delivered everything the client hoped for, even the sun and snow made an appearance.
